History

With over 100 years of family machining experience, Machined Products recently entered its 5th generation of production manufacturing. GAM Manufacturing Co. was established by Frank Gammache in the early 1900's in Rochester, NY. His Son, Richard A. Gammache, founded Machinery Products in 1937 in Lancaster PA, and brought in the next two generations over time. In 1989, another split occurred within the company confirming Machined Products' focus remained in manufacturing. Meanwhile, Machinery Products turned to manufacturing, assembly and fulfillment. The Gammache family has grown up in the industry applying a love for engineering in both the classroom and on the floor. The passion for servicing the customer has created a collaboration unique to Machined Products permitting future generational success.

Today, Machined Products operates in a global society and maintains an active role within their industry, primarily through PMPA. Chairing and/or participating in various committees, principles at Machined Products have operated educational clinics, organized monthly meetings within our District, and fully participated in national events throughout the country. MPCO also has reached out to several educational institutions including sitting on the board of the Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology well as helping to launch the Mt. Joy Technical Training Center in Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania.
