Value Engineering

Value engineering is analyzing a product as to its manufacturability. In most cases, there is more than one way to design and create something, so our engineering staff is charged with identifying the best way to make the product that will address the needs of the customer. Environment, lifecycle, function, physical constraints, etc., all play a part in determining the ultimate design.

We will review the aspects of your required piece and the function it's intended to do. From there, your design engineer and our manufacturing engineers collaborate to identify the best methods for production, ideal materials to use, and address concerns as to the product's fit, form and function. By getting involved early in the process, our team assists with curbing costs and finding alternatives that could result in a higher quality and more desirable piece.

Our goals are to keep lines of communication open, keep your best interest top-of-mind, as well as try to anticipate future and on-going use for your product. Our systems are in place to perform and be part of the solution.
